- We'll brighten your day with a return authorization number and guiding light for the return journey.
- Carefully dim the lamp's radiance by securely packaging it in its original box.
- Send your lamp on its return voyage using a trackable shipping service. (Note: The cost of this journey is on you, unless we've made a mistake or sent a defective product)
- Our team will inspect your returned lamp, ensuring it hasn't lost its shine.
- If all gleams well, we'll process your refund, returning the brightness to your original payment method.
When the Light Doesn't Shine: Exclusions
Some items, like shooting stars, can't be caught once they've left our orbit:
- Lamps customized to your unique constellation
- Gift cards (think of them as non-refundable starlight)
- Items marked as final sale (these lamps have found their forever home with you)
When Darkness Falls: Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives with its light dimmed or damaged:
